Oct 2026 Edition
This month is about clarity and control — collect payment before leaving a job, set pricing rules that hold across every quote, and see exactly what is left to bill on every project — plus three service packs.
Mobile
Stride Mobile App — Collect payment before leaving the site and see the right parts for the job
Technicians can now collect payment right on the service call — take a card and email the customer a receipt on the spot. The reworked Parts tab shows everything on the call, puts parts the technician can actually use at the top, and lets permitted technicians see who else has a part in their inventory. Faster cash, clearer parts.

Sales
Pricing Programs — Customer pricing you can actually maintain
Build Pricing Programs that set rules by manufacturer — % off MSRP, % off price, or cost plus %. Assign programs to customers in ranked order and apply them to any quote from its Extended Menu. Set the rule once instead of maintaining prices item by item. Less upkeep, more confident quotes.

Inventory
Manufacturer Pricing — Price list updates, on your terms
The updated Import Manufacturer Pricing walks you through each step: pick the file, map the columns, choose the row range, and review a before-and-after preview before anything changes. You decide exactly what gets updated. A streamlined import and cleaner item masters.
Dashboard
Cash Dashboard — Two DSO numbers, both telling the truth
The Cash Position (Q0238) and Executive Dashboard (Q0254) now show two clearly labeled DSO gauges. One is the existing revenue-based figure, correctly relabeled as rolling 12 months. The other is a new Collections DSO that measures how fast you collect what you invoice. Clearer metrics, better collections conversations.
Projects
Project Invoicing Schedule Summary — See what is left to bill, and when
A new report (Q0417) puts every active project’s contract value, earned revenue, and amount invoiced side by side. It flags over- and under-billing, buckets scheduled invoices into this month, next month, and the month after, and calls out projects where scheduled invoices do not add up to the remaining balance. Improved project visibility, sharper cash forecasts.
Integrations
Ramp Integration — Expenses that close the loop
Three upgrades this cycle: employee reimbursements now go through a two-step voucher process for a cleaner audit trail, a new Ramp Merchant Spend report (Q0421) shows where card dollars are going by merchant, and receipt images captured in Ramp now sync into Q360 with the transaction. Clearer spend, less chasing.
