Sep 2026 Edition
We are excited to share what is new with Q360! This month is all about less setup and more doing — from a smarter workspace and tighter field controls to a reimagined customer portal and fewer end-of-month headaches.
Workspace
Bookmark Groups — Your Q360, set up before you even start
Save a set of forms and open them all at once with a single click or keyboard shortcut. Administrators can share groups across teams so everyone starts from the same page. Less setup, more doing.
Mobile
Stride — A smarter Task List, built for the field
One clean date selector shows exactly what is on for any day. Multi-day jobs stay visible across every day they span, and a dedicated past-due view keeps overdue work front and center. You can now also preview documents in the app just as you would in Q360. More clarity, more control.

Service
Recurring Call Projection — Your recurring dispatch schedule, 12 months out
A new report shows anticipated dispatch volumes by customer, site, and product — month by month, for the year ahead. Click any count to drill in and see the underlying data. Less guesswork, more confident scheduling.
Customer Portal
New Customer Portal — Your customers, always in the loop
A redesigned self-service experience where your customers can create calls, track projects, and pay invoices, all in one place. With Ask Q enabled, AI-guided troubleshooting handles routine inquiries. Less inbound volume, more customer confidence.
Field Service / Inventory
Tech Inventory — Your parts, your truck, your control
Tech Inventory now defaults to the logged-in technician’s own inventory. A new permission controls who can access another technician’s truck stock — keeping parts usage accurate and inventory secure, on both desktop and mobile.
Inventory
M-Type Auto-Pick now supported
M-type items with the Auto Pick flag now move directly to PICKED status on purchase order receipt — consistent with the behavior of A and Q item types. Less manual intervention, more efficient shipping.
Accounting
Time Bill Posting — Multi-company, multi-currency now supported
Foreign exchange rate conversion is now applied when posting time bill costs across companies. Labor costs are recorded in the correct currency on both sides of the intercompany entry — automatically.
Accounting
Expenses — One period, every time
The Post Date now drives the purchase order receive date for expenses, keeping the PO and voucher in the same fiscal period. No more month-end splits, no more manual reconciliation workarounds.
HR
HR Time Requests — Approvals that follow your organization
Designated approvers can now action PTO and time requests for employees outside their direct reporting line. Coverage for absences, backfilled managers, and centralized HR teams no longer means waiting for one specific person. Fewer bottlenecks, faster answers for employees.
Integrations
Ramp Integration — Cleaner books, less setup
Card spend and reimbursements already paid through Ramp now post directly into Q360 as expenses — one transaction, one entry, no month-end cleanup. Unknown vendors no longer stall the sync: the bill waits while Sync History shows exactly what to link, then imports on the next cycle. Setup is now a guided, step-by-step process, and a dedicated Ramp permission lets you hand the integration to the finance staff who run it — without granting broader system access.
