Google OAuth Login in Q360
PATH: Q360 Login Screen
Google OAuth allows users to log in to Q360 using their Google account credentials instead of a separate Q360 username and password. Once authorized, subsequent logins complete without requiring repeated approval from Google.
How It Works
When Google OAuth is enabled for your Q360 environment, the login screen includes a Sign in with Google option. On first use, Google presents a consent screen where the user selects their Google account and approves access. After authorization is granted, Q360 retains the session and subsequent logins proceed without prompting again.
The Google consent screen appears only when:
- A user logs in with Google OAuth for the first time.
- The user’s Google session has expired.
- Access permissions have been revoked and need to be re-granted.
Applies To
All users configured to log in to Q360 using Google OAuth.
Prerequisites
Google OAuth must be configured for your Q360 environment. Contact your system administrator if Google login is not available on your login screen.
