External User access in Q360 lets customers, vendors, or contractors interact with specific records (portals, guest links, or API integrations) using constrained, role-based permissions so they can submit/view service calls, approve quotes/change orders, check invoices, or track project status—without exposing your full ERP. Access is authenticated, auditable, and limited to configured views/actions to protect data and workflows.
