Service Contract invoicing in Q360 automatically generates regular invoices (fixed-fee or usage-based) based on contract terms—billing schedule, pro‑rating, included allowances, and overage rules—then posts them to AR and revenue/WIP so billing, collections, and financials stay synchronized with contract usage and renewals. Note that invoicing may also be performed manually as needed in Q360.
