Solutions360 provides REST API documentation to customers who require integration capabilities with their Q360 environment. To ensure secure and authorized access, all requests must follow the process outlined below.
Requirements
To receive API documentation, requestor must:
- be a MAIN or AUTHORIZED Contact for an active Solutions360 Customer
- complete the API Access Request form
- agree to the Terms and Conditions (included with Request form)
Request Process
- Complete the API Access Request form: https://q360api.q360.com/. Note: Form includes API Terms and Conditions – these must be reviewed and accepted before submission.
- Authorization verification: Solutions360 will verify that the requestor is a MAIN or AUTHORIZED Contact for the Customer account.
- Approval and delivery: API documentation will be sent to the requestor within 1-2 business days.
Additional Information
- Requests submitted without proper authorization may be delayed.
- API documentation will be delivered electronically to the Contact email address on file.
