It is sometimes necessary to remove or replace Project Line Items from the Material tab.
- On a Project form, click on the Material tab
- Highlight Item(s) in the grid and from the Extended Menu select “Create ICO for Selected Item(s).” A new Order of Type ICO will be created. This Order will be in DATAENTRY Status
- The Line Items tab will display the Item(s) with a negative Qty. To remove listed Item(s) without replacement, simply process this Order using the PROCESS icon
- To add replacement Item(s), place the Order in EDIT mode and use the Find Product icon to search for replacement Item(s)
- The Line Items grid will now display the Item(s) to be removed with negative Qty and the Item(s) to be added with positive Qty
- Click the SAVE icon and process the Order using the PROCESS icon. The negative line Status will change to ICO and the positive line Status will remain DATAENTRY
- Proceed through the Pick, Ship etc. process as normal
