WBS III: WBS usage in Work in Process, Project Forecast and Analysis
Part 3 of 3: Building the foundation blocks of Q360’s One Dashboard, with focus on the Work Breakdown Structure (“WBS”).
In this MasterClass webinar, our last culminating session on Work Breakdown Structure, we assign resources to the project’s tasks by WBS phase, charge time against those tasks, and observe the resulting Work in Process by project and WBS Phase.
If needed, we recalibrate the labor forecast based on the project’s progress and variance trends through an Internal Change Order (ICO), and conduct trend analysis across projects to update WBS estimation calculations. This session was recorded on April 13, 2022.
