WBS II: WBS usage in Sales, Estimation, Labor Forecast, Project Scheduling and Assignment
Part 2 of 3: Building the foundation blocks of Q360’s One Dashboard, with focus on the Work Breakdown Structure (“WBS”).
In this MasterClass webinar, we continue to explore the Work Breakdown Structure, specifically its usage on the labor estimation process where we can use the resulting project estimates and the Sales Funnel to forecast potential labor needs. Upon project award, we use the estimated labor and project schedule templates to layout project timeline by WBS / labor type via the Gantt Chart to visualize the project labor forecast/backlog across all projects. This session was recorded on March 16, 2022.
