   2. Enhanced: Project Team Members | Now pivot off of USERID for Tasks and Assignments
   3. New: Project Team Members | Automatic email alerts team members to role changes
   4. New: Project Task Nesting | Unlimited child(ren) task nesting now supported
   5. Enhanced: Project task hours tracking | Projected / Target / Scheduled / Assigned / Actual – new definitions and usage
   6. New: WBS Config Option | Allows custom design of W.B.S. auto numbering sequence
   7. New: Checklist Checkbox | Facilitates completion of checklist items directly from the checklist
   8. Enhanced: Service Header UI Changes | Field organization now reflects most common usage patterns
   9. New: Billing Cycle Day | Define cycle day that billing will occur
   10. New: Billing Pro Rate | Line item pro rating now possible for partial cycle service contracts
   11. Enhanced: Service Contract Renewal | Custom pricing may be defined in advance of contract renewal
   12. Enhanced: RMR Terms | May now be defined on a Master and will carry through to opportunities and quotes
   13. New: SLA Violations | May now be tracked using new live data report Q0344 and new Service Overview Workflow buckets
   14. Enhanced: SLA Coverage | Custom coverage capability added including exclusion dates
   15. New: Deficiency Management | Deficiencies found during field inspections may now be entered into Q360 and tracked / quoted via the Deficiency Queue
   16.   Enhanced: Recurring Service Calls | Flexible scheduling options added
