Release Highlights for 22.01

- Webmail email engine | enhanced for Email Integration, Calendar visibility in Resource Console, Service Queues based on email accounts, User Preference | including option to support multiple signatures and calendar integration options (new)
- Sales Forecast | enhanced with additional columns
- BI Invoice Records | new live data report with visibility to invoices and related records – e.g. project, call data – with a use case for you to determine commission
- Sample new Configuration options:
- PROJECTTRANSFERSALESOPPLABOR | If ON, system writes a one-time journal entry on project creation date to apply the presales time billing cost to the project
- DISPATCHSOW | Copies Statement Of Work (“SOW”) text to the Call > SOW tab (new), if Call is created from a Sales Order
- DEFAULTSERVICEMASTER | Service Contract > Line Item > Service MasterNo: If blank, system sets to this default GL account you have defined
